Community Engaged Indigenous Hydroponics and Greenhouse Project
This spring 2023 professional seminar series invites Native scientists, engineers, activists, community members and leaders to share their personal and professional journeys, providing inspiration to the next generation of change makers. The May 3, 2023, 12:00-1:00 MST seminar is with Chantel Harrison (Diné) & Jaymus Lee (Diné), speaking on a community engaged Indigenous hydroponics and greenhouse project.
The seminars are co-sponsored by the Department of Biosystems Engineering, the UArizona-Sloan Indigenous Graduate Partnership, the Water Resources Research Center, the NSF-NRT Indigenous Food, Energy, and Water Security and Sovereignty, and the Indigenous Resilience Center.
