10th Annual Rising Voices Workshop

Emergent Knowledge through Indigenous & Earth Science Collaborations

The workshop is hosted by the Rising Voices Center for Indigenous and Earth Sciences and will be taking place virtually this year, Wednesday September 14–Friday, September 16, 2022. Please see the attached flyer and circulate this announcement in your networks.

The theme of the workshop is Emergent Knowledge through Indigenous & Earth Science Collaborations. The workshop will include keynote presentations, conversational panels, and working group activities on the themes of: Advance science through collaborations that bring Indigenous and Earth sciences into partnership (Day 1),  Opportunities for Indigenous students and early career scientists through scientific and community mentoring (Day 2), and Support adaptive and resilient communities through sharing scientific capacity (Day 3).
